Sand-set patios with plastic pavers have one thing in common - they don't last. They shift, they fade, and eventually they just look worn out. That's exactly what we were dealing with here in Apple Valley.

We pulled everything out and started fresh. The old plastic pavers were gone, and in their place we laid county material pavers with a clean double border running the full perimeter. It's a completely different look and a completely different level of quality.

The double border detail is worth paying attention to. It's not just decorative - it locks the whole surface together and gives the patio a finished, intentional look that plastic pavers simply can't match. The mix of lighter and darker border pavers contrast nicely against the field pavers, and it all ties in well with the natural boulder edging/wall and wooded backdrop on this property.

This is actually a repeat customer. We had done timber wall work for him before, and he came back when it was time to tackle the patio. That kind of trust means a lot to us. We don't just want to do good work once - we want to be the crew people call back.

If your patio is built on sand with plastic pavers, it's only a matter of time before you're dealing with shifting, sinking, or cracking. There's a better way to do it, and the results speak for themselves.
